Warranty Information.
To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are expressly in lieu of any other implied or expressed warranties or representations by any person, including an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.
Vant Play Equipment Inc. warrants all playground equipment as follows:
- Installation, 2 years, includes labour
- Paint finish, 2 years
- Plastic, 10 years structural
- Life time structural on all steel components, if maintenance is followed
- Life time on clamps
- Life time on stainless steel fittings
- Moving parts, 1 year
- All paint to be lead free
- Plastisol covered decks, 5 years
Warranty will replace free of charge any parts, not included is shipping, labour.
Parts replaced may not exactly match original but will work or fit.
Vant Play Equipment Inc. will require original invoice and notification.
Vandalism, abuse or other factors beyond our control not included.
